This album "should" have been released as a companion to "Fires". (which you can find easily in the catalog)
However, I struggled with the mixes and my own feelings about it for far too long. It relies very heavily on loops and not a great deal of organic content.
But, over time these songs have begun to take on a different meaning and significance to me. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the work. Yet, I can return to these songs and find new meaning and a sort of cathartic reminder of where, and how far, I've come.
